Replacing Existing Insurance

DO NOT CANCEL ANY EXISTING INSURANCE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO WHICH YOU ARE APPLYING THAT YOUR NEW POLICY IS ACTIVE AND IN EFFECT FOR THE DATE YOU WISH TO CANCEL ANY EXISTING COVERAGE.

Canceling Existing Insurance

I understand that QA3 TEST SITE or any of it's representatives, associates or affiliates cannot cancel any issued policy, and that any cancellation must be performed by me directly with the insurance carrier.

Entire Agreement

This constitutes the entire User Agreement between the parties concerning the Conditions of use of this Website.
